Marsha Ann Tate & Earl Houser

Marsha Ann Tate, Ph.D., is a central Pennsylvania-based freelance writer, college instructor, and classic television fan. She is the author of Web Wisdom: How to Evaluate and Create Information Quality on the Web, 3rd edition (2019), and Canadian Television Programming Made for the United States Market: A History with Production and Broadcast Data (2007).
